All Saints Church
All Saints CE Primary School and Nursery is a school with a Church Foundation. This reflects the school's history and the involvement of The Church of England in the education of young people in their communities. It does not mean our pupils or their families have to have a Christian faith, or any religious faith, but it does mean that all are expected to respect the beliefs of others.
All Saints CE Primary School and Nursery is grateful to have strong and long-lasting links with its local church, All Saints. Our pupils benefit from the shared learning experiences that this brings. We remain committed to developing these relationships and nurturing the opportunities that these partnerships can bring.
Members of the clergy from All Saints are active within the school, leading weekly whole school collective worship, attending events, acting as members of the local governing body and being a source of spiritual comfort and guidance.
Pupils visit the church regularly throughout the year to attend services; to learn about Christian places of worship and even to discover the variety of wildlife that can be found in the churchyard. We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful community space on our doorstep.
